FEI’s AI-powered learning management system (LMS), FEI Learning, streamlines the creation, management, and delivery of learning materials, courses, web-based trainings, and more. The LMS can be built into our technology solutions, leveraging single sign on capabilities, so end users can easily access the training materials they need at any time – a curated selection from more than 85,000 courses.
Our LMS leverages a powerful configuration engine that allows FEI to create audience-specific pages using drag-and-drop functionality for various use cases and more personalized learning experiences. FEI Learning delivers content and handles self-registration, course administration, skills gap analysis, tracking, and reporting.
FEI Learning’s skills management functionality ensures that learners have autonomy over their own development by allowing them to manage and access their documented skills, while the learning management plan functionality allows administrators or trainers to create and assign learning plans to individual users or groups of users. Learning plans can be customized to allow specific enrollment rules, certifications, and more. With easy-to-use online learning catalogs and specialized algorithms that analyze and enhance learning paths for users, our LMS integrations provide our partners with a wealth of training and learning materials that support higher level of autonomy and learning management capability.
