We're on a Mission

More than two decades ago, our founder and current chairman, Dr. Jiao Z. Gu, was faced with caring for his aging father, and he knew he needed help. He lived far away and didn’t know how he could be sure quality care was not only available, but sufficiently provided, to his father as his health declined. In this difficult time, a vision was born. Dr. Gu imagined a future where all sons, daughters, friends, relatives and neighbors could rest assured their loved ones – no matter their means – would have access to the care and services they needed, without being lost in a shuffle of paperwork. A commitment to supporting the barrier-free delivery of health and human services to aging and disabled individuals was the driving force behind the establishment of FEI Systems in October 1997, and it remains the core of our mission to this day.
