Staff Augmentation

Our team of experts provides knowledgeable help, training and troubleshooting assistance to FEI-hosted systems users. Our help and service desk professionals address incident and problem management; change, configuration and release management; service requests; and knowledge management. They provide help, training, and troubleshooting assistance to the entire user community for our systems.

The help and service desk operates between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET and provides the assistance by email, phone and internal feedback communications. When needed, we scale up to provide 24/7 help.

FEI Systems provides comprehensive and engaging training services to support users of all our applications. We know that training is an essential part of the overall implementation of a new system and that your staff needs to fully understand how our solutions support your operations.

FEI is committed to and understands the importance of ongoing training, and our training teams work with our partners on a regular basis to provide continual support long after implementation. We also have a learning management system (LMS), FEI Learning, to support ongoing training efforts for our partners.
FEI Systems employs the Agile-Scrum methodology as our software development methodology to execute application development projects. Agile is a time-boxed and iterative approach to software development that builds software incrementally beginning at project start rather than delivering all at once near the end of the project. Scrum is a proven framework for implementing Agile.

Additionally, we are experts in Agile testing in DevOps automated pipeline testing and independent testing in DevSecOps and Agile environments. We embed our testers within integrated Agile-Scrum development teams. We conduct functional, integration, performance, security, and accessibility testing—and more. Through rapid and short incremental iterations of development and testing cycles, our testers nimbly respond to evolving business requirements.
